Man bags one month imprisonment for driving vehicle with tinted glass
A Magistrates’ Court in Gusau on Friday
sentenced one Aliyu Abubakar, 30, of Talata Mafara town for driving a
tinted glass vehicle without permit.
The prosecutor, Cpl. Dalhatu Zalphania,
told the court that on April 11, the accused was arrested while driving a
tinted glass car, Golf salon, along Sani Abacha Way, Gusau, without
permit.
The accused pleaded guilty.
